I know one thing that helped me with my battery life was turning off GPS and Google location services. But like golfdriver said, post up a screenshot of battery stats so that we can help you figure out what's causing this drain.

90% of the time, it is a bad app causing this. Apps like JuiceDefender are nothing more than placebos. Take a look at your battery stats and notifications to see what is really using your CPU and battery.
