Android 10: After application installation can not lunch it

I bought new 8" tablet from China K960 with Android 10. I need it for some auto diagnostic software. I have installed one application that work on Android from 7 to 11. I got an icon on the screen but when I tried to lunch it - nothing happend. I got log for that application:

Welcome to Android Central! Did you install this app through the Play Store, or from some other source? Did you have to sideload the apk? I'm guessing your Chinese tablet did not come with the Play Store installed (since many Chinese device aren't certified for Google Play). If you have to sideload an app, there's no way of telling if the app is compatible with your device until you try to open it. If it doesn't work, then it probably isn't compatible.
