How long did it take for your download?

7 maybe 8 minutes at the most. I don't think it took that long, but that was going by the time remaining counter.

It took about that long.

Some of the apps I installed with goodlock are not working right now. The ones that are not working all say "unplugged".

So far liking this Android 10.

Question for those that use a dark background wallpaper and are running the beta. Are the status bar icons brighter than on android 9 for the beta os ?

On my edge S10 plus running 9 they appear a little brighter than the Note 10 plus running 10, but that could be some other settings and they are two different screens. The white seem brighter on the S7 plus on everything I'm going to have to take a look at my settings.

On my S-10 the adaptive brightness was not on now that I enabled it on the S10 I kind of like the Note 10 better as far as brightness and contrast

I'm referring to them and the rest of the brightness as well. The problem is I'm comparing it on two different phones so it's hard to say it. The Note 10 looks brighter with equal settings but without comparing two Notes I wouldn't know.

So its not that evident then, meaning from memory , what the note 10 looked liked on android 9 v 10. Status bar brightness wise. Cheers

I know that part of the beta added a feature to better differentiate icons, lock screen info, etc. from background wallpaper, so that could possibly make icons more contrasty, but I haven't noticed it on my wallpaper.

I didn't notice it on my S10+( oneui 2 beta) however in other brands I have seen this trend for brighter status bar icons. I think it's an optional Google implementation.
