Android 10 Beta. HELP!

If anyone can help please chime in.
This is my dilemma.
In the One UI Beta app I am not able to post any problems I come across. Here is a screen shot of the pop-up I get. When I go into settings it shows my email. How do I get both registered?

You should log into the Samsung members app on your phone. If there is a banner there, you can participate in the One ui 2.0 Beta program. Your SS refers to an older Beta version. The Beta for the Note series is starting to roll out so may not be available yet. If you are tied to a carrier using their own fw, it will not be available

I bought unlocked note 10+ from Samsung. I've already downloaded the Android 10 Beta. Using it for a few days now. So I have the One UI Beta app but this is what is pops up with. Plus what is "SS"?

After you register did u use different Samsung account?

Edit: if not try clearing cache,data,force stop the beta app
