Android 10 - Location sounds

I installed Android 10 3 days ago, and since then I've been getting a stream of notifications that apps have been getting their locations. The notifications are all using my default incoming message sound, which is annoying. How do I turn it off? All the instructins I can find are for earlier versions and specify menu options that aren't there.

Welcome to Android Central! The next time you get a notification like that, swipe it partially to the left or right and tap the gear icon that shows up. I think you can choose not to get similar notifications like that in the future.
