Android 10 update

Anyone with tmobile get the update yet?

Sammobile announced, (16 hours ago), that T-mobile has just released the Android 10 update in the U.S. for the Note 9, s9 & s9+, so we should be getting the update soon.

different sites say Tmobile has started the roll out but I can't find one person that has received it yet

Same I checked manually and still nothing maybe by Friday we will get the update

Uh Oh! I'd rather it was paused than sent out buggy. I guess that's a rather obvious comment....but Thank You for the info @Macklesdaddy.

I got my update last night. One thing I noticed is the addition of the icons at the bottom. This appears after I hit the 'Recents' button. They weren't there before. How do I get rid of them from this screen?

Hi Tim,

I wasn't fond of this new feature. I disabled it on my Husbands s10+.
(He does not mess with phone settings. He just hands me the phone.)

Go to your Recents Screen.
Select the 3 dot menu in the search bar upper right hand corner of screen.
Open settings.
Toggle off Suggested apps.
I can't remember if I had to restart the phone after the toggle.
Hopefully, this is what you're looking for.

Yep, that did it. The search bar was very faint, but I finally saw it.

I don't have that search bar, or the 3 dots, on my phone. S9.

That's odd, I have it on my s9+. The search bar is called 'Finder search' on my s9+, instead of just 'Search' as on my husbands s10+.

Maybe someone else knows another way to get to that setting. I will keep looking.
