I have been on the Beta. Last night I got a security update, but still no official One UI 3 notification after checking all morning today.
If the update was 400 or so mb then that's not a security update. Seems, according to Jimmy is Promo, if you w were on the beta, the update you received is the partial needed to bring the device in line with the full update. Beta users were already on the December security patch prior to the release.

But just to be sure. Anybody who wasn't on the beta and have a unlocked device that received the update... what's the version number? Here's what I got.

Okay Jimmy is correct. The 428.17 MB update was actually the remainder of Android 11 needed to get beta users to the full version non-beta users have been getting.

Still waiting here for my update to show. Unlocked from Samsung used on AT&T, but I did sideload two of the betas.

Also, have you all called and added your phone to your phone plan to register the IMEI or did you just put your sim in and start using it? Sort of wishing I had not called and added it since AT&T 5G is a joke here in the St. Louis area.

Use odin and frija tool and download any of the builds tmb, vzw, xaa as they all the same and use home csc in the csc slot so it won't factory reset

Installed Frija already and entered in SM-N986UI for the model and USC for the CSC since mine is unlocked and being used on AT&T and it downloaded the "SM-N986U1_1_20201118101534_hgczejg2e5_fac" zip file which I believe said was Android 10.

This sounding right?
