Android 11: Hide Camera Cutout Missing

After updating to Android 11, the Hide Camera Cutout option has gone missing and it's making it difficult to use some apps, particularly games. Anyone know where it was moved or if there's a workaround?

Is there a way to get it back? It ruins the user experience, and it'd be easier than having to ask a bunch of app developers to fix an ***** decision that Samsung made.
