As the title says really. I have updates available but when I touch to update from the store Home screen the screen flashes and then goes back to the store home screen again. I also have a galaxy watch 3 and can't update that either using the phone.

Problem started after updating to Android 11 One ui 3.0. I've tried resetting to factory settings but problem still there.

Can anyone help please? Thanks.

Which U.K. carrier/service provider are you on, please do not say O2.

Did you also try clearing the app cache/data from the Galaxy Apps Store app in Settings>Apps?

That would have been my next suggestion old boy. Good call.

The reason I mentioned the O2 network for the U.K. is that it has been having major issues across the U.K. for 48 hours and causing lots of problems for users.

Try Uninstall the update to galaxy store
Long press it then tap info , go to 3 dots upper right corner and Uninstall the update , see how it is but don't let it update
Edit : you will have to let it update , but try it anyway

I've just got home and switched the phone on to check Galaxy store. Immediately there was an update which I had to install and it is now working fine.. phew!!

So grateful for your help with this mustang, ironass and B Diddy :)

So glad you are sorted JellyBelly474 :)

I came back to say that other users were mentioning the same issue with the Samsung Store and that theirs had resolved itself which would indicate an issue at Samsung's end.
