I have not gotten it either on my unlocked Note 20 5G on T-Mobile. I was a Beta tester, but never again since they hosed us. We tested the damn update, but yet we were not offered to receive the final product before anyone else. Beta closed on 1/14 and I was told I had to update to the final, but it would "be up to my carrier to decide when".

Yea, I got my update early morning yesterday, I've only restarted my phone last night, no factory reset, everything's working fine so far.
I think I actually haven't done a factory reset after an update since I had the Galaxy S5.

I'm with Sprint, Note 20 Ultra, 5g, on the Beta, in NC. Still no update...

Years past we in beta use to be first in line don't know why it stop , but don't forget we on the latest before anyone else so it's a Plus/negative there , I flashed my unlocked through odin once available XAA region .

Just got it this morning on my Sprint, Note 20 Ultra, 5g. Went from the beta to the official version, January security patch.

Got it this morning on my unlocked N20U. Probably wouldn't have known it updated if I didn't check the software version to make sure. The only difference I see so far is the notification screen is a little different. Everything else looks the same and unchanged. Edge lighting still works. Live wallpapers, wallpaper, icons, fonts, etc... all stayed the same from what I had before.

Other differences I found.

The app panel doesn't have names. I found this on another thread and it's on mine as well.

The photo editing doesn't have the options on the bottom to scroll through, have to use the three dots on the lower right hand corner.

Error in the fingerprint scanner makes it vibrate. I'm hoping that can be changed, it's annoying when I'm half asleep .

Got update this morning but I had to check for it. I was on beta. Now standard with Jan security patch.
