I have a idea it is related to the Gapps package more specifically the Play Movies application. My phone rebooted constantly and then I uninstalled it and now my phone is working great. No Problems! I cannot be certain, but I think it is highly possible.

Someone else mentioned a huge use of memory since the update (maybe from the Play Movies app???) might be causing the reboots when the phone memory ends up low.

I had to Odin back to stock and install ota then go back to recovery w formatted data and all 4.2.2 ROMs run well. The quick pushing of GPU drivers were an issue in my opinion.
