Android 4.2.2

I had updated my android from 4.2.1 to 4.2.2, after the upgrading I could not open many application, such as ms Lync, Viber, Tango, Wechat, Whatsapp, ..... etc
any advice please ?

Try fixing all permissions. If that doesn't work i would do a factory reset.
