Android 4.4.2 Update to KitKat & Root

My apologies if this is already on here... I have a TELUS (Canada) SAMSUNG Galaxy S5 currently on Android Version 4.4.2 and Rooted with CWM, I guess flashed (I am not sure if that's the right terminology). But I was wondering what steps I would have to take to update to 4.4Kitkat and for future reference what I should do/be mindful of when my phone is rooted and there's an android update.

Go to your super user app tap on the settings search for full unroot and then you can update

Ummmm. I did that today but when I click software update, it still says it's modified. What do I do now?

You just need to delete the binary but i dont know where its located
