Help! My S6 won't update to 5.1.1 and I have tried to update through smart switch and this has not worked either.
Tesco mobile say it's down to Samsung and Samsung say it's down to your network, which in my case is Tesco mobile.
My wife has had the update 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. Does anyone have an idea what's going on?
