How can i find exacr date for Note II?

TMobile just pulled an update after it was released, so even if you get a release date for an update, it's pretty meaningless. (The only definite release date is in retrospect - "they released it on ..." - "they will release it on ..." is wishful thinking. Software development very rarely meets release dates, unless the company releases unfinished software [which means an update with tons of bugs, like Lollipop - I'd rather wait for a release that actually works].)

An exact date? If you ever figure out hoe to get that, let me know, and we';ll both become unbelievably wealthy in days. (Accurately forecasting the future is a growth industry - in measures of the weight of galaxies - tons of thousand dollar bills is poverty by comparison.)

Lollipop for the 2? It was designed with KitKat in mind. Some carriers may decide to have a Lollipop update written for it, but don't count on it for every carrier.
