Yes it includes up to Bulletin #15 which is the November patch (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/android-security-updates/GwZn7sixask)

Wish it had came with a new camera layout. I'm using Google Camera the now as I prefer their UI, but don't like the fact I can't use the twist feature to launch it.
