One thing that is amazing is looking at app permissions. Why would some games need access to my sms messages, contacts and phone. I go through and disable all of that junk. So far hasn't affected the way those apps work.
It wasn't just games either. Several apps had permissions enabled that made no sense. Here is the path if anyone wants to see. Settings>Apps>Gear icon upper right corner>App permissions. It will amaze you.

After the update I found I needed to go back through my device and recheck things I had disabled. A few were enable and a few new things were installed. Figured I would share as a reminder to check these things.
