All the Motos and Samsungs appear to be getting upgraded to 7.0, so I think 7.1 is a long ways off unless its a Google phone.

No, the pixel's and moto z's don't have an Intel processor, they are powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 in the Pixels and 820 in the moto z's. The V20 also has Android Nougat, and it is powered by an 820 as well.

I have 7.1.1 but I have a Pixel. Not sure when other Android devices will get it.
