Android 7 Nougat's Disabling Third - Party Apps, Hotspot Work Around? 4/15/2017

I keep reading an assortment of different posts and articles, but has anyone figured out how we can use those third-party Hotspot App's, with out Unlimited data plans, with Android 7 Nougat? I know you hackers and developers are working on this. You grave challenges like this! So are there any apps that can do this? I have been able to tether, but very slow though. So I would like to go back to doing both. I had Cricket, but upgraed to Verizon. So my Moto Droid Force Z, already had Android 7 on it. I had found out about this issue, after getting my new phone and service.
