Android 8.1 OREO - some menus seem to be missing ;

Purchased yesterday a Samsung J2 Galaxy (Android 8.1) , finding Oreo strange.
I´ve just seen a video that shows some menus that are not available on my system , for instance "change icon shape" on Settings.
I touch and hold an empty space> Home screen settings , there are only two options :
Add aps to home screen and App icon badges.
I am missing something or there are differences from the Oreo version I saw on the video and that one installed on my device.

It's possible that the hardware on your J2 does not support those features.
