Hi guys, I am new to this forum..so I dont know whether this is the right place or not..but here is my question
I developed an android app. This app is supposed to connect to an api database after entering the login button and going to the next screen..but for some reason the data of the user is not showing.
Normally this is how it should look like:
Name: Kent
Date of birth: 1st jan
Country: USA
but the problem is that in Note 5 and another very old phone the app is not showing the data of the user..it just shows the Headings and the user data part is blank
It works fine in most of the phones and I have checked the android version to be the same as mine i.e. 5.1.1
Would anyone know a reason why this is hapenning? Any leads would be appreciated.
