Looking for some help.
The basic issue is with the tile finder app.
There's a button on the physical tile device that triggers find your phone.
This works fine when the phone is not locked and you are playing with the phone i.e. I press the tile button and the phone starts raining and notifying that the find my phone function has been invoked.
However if the phone is locked or I have the lock screen up nothing happens if I press the tile button.i am sure I had this issue years ago with a video door bell but I can't remember the settings I had to change to allow the apps to work when the phone was locked, any help appreciated
