Android Apps I might like?

I have a Galaxy S5. I just upgraded from the Droid 2. I was wondering what some apps I might like would be?
I like customaztion. I have SnapLock.
I don't like the Samsung stock keyboard. Ive tried SwiftKey and I do not like it because you can't disable the auto predictions. Any apps that I could use to customize my phone in general would be great! I also want to know if there's a good GIF maker?

I am not good at explaining what a launcher is, but Aviate is a good one once you learn what launchers are. My advice is to download the free versions of all of the top launchers and try them out.
