An idea occurred to one of my friends and I, after a couple of major problems with the Android Platform and Apps. We have both been in Customer/Technical Support for over 20 years and we noticed that a lot of apps have only FAQ's. We tried resolving our issues and it was very frustrating. Especially in regard to the varying update policies for Android devices.
Do you think there is a need for better support for Apple iOS and Android Apps.
If a support mechanism was available have you ever had cause to use it or think you might have a need for it in the future?
