Android Auto (AA) & Waze - Beta Testing Registration now open

I've got an email today and it says the following:

Hello,
We are exciting to update that the beta testing for Waze Android Auto will be started soon (no date yet)! As part of the preparation, we wanted to check the beta community's interest in taking part of the testing project.
We're still in the early phases and will continue to update you when we have more details; However, if you're interested in testing it in the future, please fill in this form.
** Note: You should only complete this form if you have/are planning to buy an Android Auto (AA) device.

This is good news. When this comes out of beta I will probably look more seriously at a new headunit for my truck.

Finally, this took way too long. I registered immediately so fingers crossed they pick me to beta test. Since AA is officially not available in my country however, I seriously doubt they are going to pick me.

Nope! I got in this morning, but they haven't released the AA version of the beta yet.

Nice. I signed up as well. I still prefer the look of maps in Google but Waze is way more accurate in predicting traffic and drive times for me.
