Android Auto crashes S10

Anyone having challenges with Android Auto crashing their S10?

I got my S10 on 3/14 and have been using it since then. Use AA with Ford Sync and it crashes the phone after a few minutes.

Any known work arounds?

I use every day with a Kia and never crashes here. Have you cleared data for AA or uninstalled and reinstalled app?

No issues with AA and my 2018 VW Atlas

Have done all of that.

I just went back to the last apk and will see how that works on the ride home today.

I've got a T-Mobile S10+ (not S10) and Android Auto is working on my 2017 Chevy Cruze Premier.

Feeling your pain, that would suck. Unlocked s10 on T-mo with a 2018 Honda Accord, no issues here.

Last ditch effort would be to factory reset your phone. Ugh.

I'd suggest posting in the Google AA Forum...but I posted there on a few issues I had in the past with other phones (and another car) and don't recall getting much in the way of responses.

I had a similar problem and I discovered that I had but Android Auto in a sleep state if not in use. Once I changed that AA worked fine.

Maybe don't drive Fords?

(hehe...sorry...as a Chevy guy, couldn't resist)

Haven't had any issues with my S10 on Chevy MyLink or Jeep UConnect systems. Just used yesterday for probably 7 hours total on a road trip in my Jeep, no sign of any issues.
