Android-Auto: No voice on navigation

Hello,

Unfortunately, I have no voice when navigating in Android-Auto with Google Maps or Waze.

But it turns the music quieter and then louder again.

Music plays normally.

I deactivated "Navigation via Bluetooth" because the receiver does not support Bluetooth.

What do I have to do to get a voice output in the navigation?

I have that problem, too!!! I tried A A on my car in 2017 when the car was new. Driving down the road my radio volume would go very low at not regular intervals. I was getting ready to bring my car into Kia when I realized what was happening!!! To be honest, I Uninstalled A A and never went back to it but now I want A A to use Waze!!!

I found when navigating there are 3 optons for voice, mute, alerts, full. When navigation starts there should be an option to select or toggle between them
