OKay I don't know wtf is going on but I really need Android Auto working. Here is what is happening:
Notes: I have a Galaxy S6 920T. (T-Mobile) With the LATEST stock Nougat flashed by Odin on the update site.
Then:
1. I flashed TWRP custom recovery from TWRP through Odin.
2. Flashed SU
3. Booted into Stock Firmware, and downloaded TWRP app, and flashed latest recovery through APP, since TWRP doesn't have the latest for Odin on site.
4. Rebooted in recovery, and tried several ROMS:
A) Global Elite 3.0
B) NNE 5.1 from Alexis
C) Twisted, but scratched that ROM as he has abdoned it.
I also used Aldeon Kernel.
Of course, every time doing a complete WIPE, and FORMAT of everything, even going as far as completely wiping away the internal SDcard.
This is what happens with AA:
1. I go through all the steps, allow everything, accept everything
2. Android Auto goes to boot and it always receives a communication ERROR from the phone to the RADIO. The radio also errors out like a Bluetooth error, even through the bluetooth works fine.
3. CONFIRMED AA is working on my Radio using my friends phone to make sure it works.
4. After AA communication fails, my phone SLOWS to a crawl, so much so that I have to a FORCE shutdown on the phone (Power+VolumeDown+Home BUtton)
It seems with the Nougat ROMs on this phone AA is not working. No one is answering me on XDA. And I don't know what to do at this point.
