Android Background service is possible in nougat , oreo?

[Android Central Question]

Background service is not working in android 7.0.0, 7.1.2 (nougat) and 8.0.0(oreo).. I tried all documentations about recent update. No luck. Really is it possible to build always running mobile apps for nougat and oreo. Please don't put about Doze, Background execution limits
links, I already read and tried lot of Youtube, Stackoverflow examples..

I need a workable example. Please help me.
