Android Backup

Hi,

I'm looking for a backup software either for windows or mac that can also backup email, documents, as well as SD contents. So far all the software I've researched are just good for backing up music, pictures, call logs, apps, sms, and mms. I've tried MobileGo for android, and Snap pea can someone suggest anything else.
