Android based mad catz mojo has ransomware...help

[AC Question]

The mad catz mojo is an adroid based gaming console and recently i had that fbi ransomware pop up on my screen. I cant delete the file/app because the screen is locked out and the mojo doesnt have a way to hard start or reboot in safe mode without going through the settings options. Do anyone know another way to run and antivirus or to boot it in safe mode other than through setting? Please help.

I want to add my voice to you request I'm going crazy, since I can't find a way to solve this problem, evenmy windows 10 pc doesn't see the device and keep pressing buttons on the pad to ignite the safe mode doesn't seem to work in anyway, please someone help us, I bought that thing only some days ago wi my last money!!

I am not familiar with the device but if it can be seen by the PC when operating normally, shouldn't your system BIOS have a degree of control of the device?

Found out the solution, you "just" have to do 2 things: 1.follow the steps for the pc method on this video

2. After the 1st command type this command here:
fastboot-windows.exe -i 0x0738 boot openrecovery-twrp-2.8.2.0-mojo.img
the mojo should change from the black screen with "key driver not found..booting os" to the recovery screen where you can acces to many options, i used an option saying something like "reboot to factory settings" it isn't hard to find...maybe there are other options that don't delete all your apps, but My downloaded files are still there and the console is working again and this is the most important thing, hope this will be useful,see you!
