Android Bluetooth or wireless keyboard?

Was going to buy one for use with my Nvidia Shield tablet. On googling I noticed more results for Bluetooth rather than wireless.
Is one more reliable than the other?
Any advice welcome.

Bluetooth is the more common wireless connectivity for connecting keyboards to mobile devices. I would go that route.
