Android box help needed

Hiya all, as this my 1st post I'd like to say hello I have a few little problems with my mxq 4k box, which I think it needs new update etc, I get problems like app is not responding, wait or ok then can collapse it's getting more glitches all the time,, I don't know how to do this and wondered am I on the right forum for help,,I've noticed on eBay there like 20 pound, I'd buy a new 1 but cannot get answer regarding if come with apps on box

1. It's Android. If it's missing an app, find the app online and install it.

2. If the box is acting up, back up anything you don't want to lose, then do a factory reset. That should clean it up. (It will reset to the way it was when you got it - you'll have to set it up again.)

3. If the manufacturer issues an update, it's available, but I can't recall MXQ ever issuing an update. (Which really doesn't matter - TV isn't about to change.)
