My Nokia Lumia 1020 remains my preferred phone for photography. I've never come across an Android that can quite match it, but, for want of a large sensor such as the 1020's, the new dual-camera phones may offer potential. A relatively inexpensive one has surfaced in the Honor 8. Interesting-oh.

I'm curious how fast the camera is on the Honor 8.

My main issue with the Lumia devices is that I missed a lot of shots, especially of moving people or objects, since the camera was so slow to take the picture.

The 1020 will always have my respect.

The honor 8 looks interesting.
Since I like the 5X quite a bit I would put this phone on the list.
I'll need to read up on the dual camera benefits however.
Until lately I haven't been following the technology at all.

I had same problem with my lumina 640 ,zte is much faster.

Some of us 1020 users are very forgiving of the photo processing sloth. :)

I remember when I heard about Nokia making an Android device. When we got the specs for this: Nokia X - Full phone specifications I was disappointed. Here was Nokia/MS chance to get into Android, and they kinda blew it.

However in trying to remember a phone from 2014 that was forgotten 10 minutes after it was announced, I found this on gsmarena: Nokia C1 - Full phone specifications

So, perhaps another at-bat?
