Android Central App problem

In the app, under the shopping category, there are drop down boxes for selecting what phone you are shopping for and what category of product. These boxes drop down, but they don't visually populate; meaning the box remains blank. You can click on a box and it will select a phone or a category, but you can't see what you are selecting because the box appears blank. This is on my Droid MAXX X1080.
