Vivaldi for Windows 1.9.818.50 detects as a mobile client on Android Central. Issue not reproducible on Chrome or Firefox. Looking at logs, this appears to be a server-side browser detection issue. Does not occur on Window Central site. Sorry for using this forum, but could not find the webmaster link.
