Android Charging only up to 3-5%.

... My phone doesnt charge well... The battery was being drained till it die after being charged at 3-5% level .

I tried other charger but still find the same problem.... What is this prob? Is there any solution that i can use without harming the hardware (lol i opened the device and saw nothing but chips, ) please help

Its a cherry mobile " superion ion" ... I saw it charged recently up to 16% but it stops there and drained so fast even if its plugged to the wall.

you may want to get a new battery if you havnt already
