Android Developer Console: Coupon Codes?

So one feature that I have not been able to find in the Android Developer Console is a coupon making utility. I know that in the HP webOS store, there was a way to make coupon codes that allowed free downloads of an app. I really helped because I could get friends a free copy of the program without any hassle to test it for me. Does anyone know if there is such a feature for the Android Developer Console or if Google plans on adding one?

why cant you make you friend sideload the app. its easier.
