Galaxy S4 - just want to make sure the location is current & not from the date last listed online.

Welcome to Android Central! If you go to Android Device Manager and select a device, it will try to locate it at that very moment. If it can't, it will let you know that the phone isn't currently connected to the network. I'm not sure if it will still show you where it was last located.
