How come I can't see all of the devices on my account? If I'm on my note 4 I can't see my 2013 nexus 7 and vise versa. Any suggestions?

Are you using the ADM app, or the web interface?

I'm using the app. But it happens on both versions.

Go to Google Play Store on your computer browser, click the gear icon at the upper right, then Settings. Make sure all of your devices are checked on under Visibility.

Both of them are. But I still can't see both of them at the same time in ADM.

Ah, durnit. Try removing your Google account from one of the devices, then add it back again.

Another thing (which probably won't help) is to go to Settings>Security>Device Administrators​, and make sure Android Device Manager is checked on.

Tried that and still no dice

I even removed and re-added my account on both devices.
