My Samsung Galaxy Note 4 does not show up in the app or Web page of Android Device Manager. By using the app or Web page my other to Samsung phones do show up. How can I correct the issue with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 not showing up on Android Device Manager?

If I create a new account my phone shows up in android device manager, but if I switch back to my original account the phone does not show in android device manager. Could there be a setting that may have been disabled? Where would I look to set my Google account back to default settings?

i think there is a bug. i have same problem. not even factory reset fixed it. install Lookout in the meantime.
