Since the devices work on anther network, the problem is definitely on your home router. The quickest way to try to clear this up is to forget the home network, reboot the device, and re-add it. If that doesn't work, things are a little trickier as you'd have to delve into your router's settings and there a lot of things could be causing it: check that the devices aren't somehow being blocked, no firewalls preventing traffic to them, IPs are correctly being assigned, DNS is correct, trying out different WiFi channels, etc.
I remember an old bug with Samsung devices and TP Link and Netgear routers that sometimes BT interfered with the connection, so try turning that off and re-connecting and see if that does the trick.
