Android Game Resource contains answer to the MCQ questions

Hi there,

I have unzipped the following package:
com.xxx.xxx/assets/bin/Data

For example: Q: "What is the possible problem?" A: "Atelectasis#Pneumonia#Myocardial#Tension", F: "Incorrect#Incorrect#Incorrect#Correct"

Apart from jailbreak protecting the app. Is there any other way to prevent the answer from being leak on the app assuming the app is not jailbreak proof? Is storing the answer in the server sided or SQLite an option. Hope to hear from you
