my uncle say,s that now android can use in pc.can anyone explain is it possible? if yeas how can use it in pc.

You can't install Android on a PC. The closest you can come is emulate Android while building apps, but it's not the same as having am Android built machine.

You can download bluestacks or you wave to get it on PC and there are some budget computers running android but isn't optimised for a computer and usually run gingerbread so if you want an 'android computer' your best bet would be getting a chrome book
