Android- interacted with your operating system dismissing notification

[Android Central Question]

I didn't used my phone but it says in my Google activity it says android
And it interacts with operating systems and dismissing notification
So what does it mean?is it automatically interacts or someone has used it?please reply

YOu may not have used your phone but it still does things in the background. It's totally normal.
