Hi everyone I’m new here thanks for having me

I have a problem and need help from experts

Currently I’m using the earnapp program from bright rewards.. this program works by using your idle bandwidth and earning more by leaving it on 247 in the foreground to collect the data

it works great on my two iPhones but it is slow to earn anything on my android tablet and also my android phone

Now I just purchased the tablet and phone to use for this service and thought just like my iPhones it would work out of the box but I was very wrong

I dident realize that the newer android os is extremely more aggressive and the app from running in the background which is how the program collects the data like I said before

I’ve tried every option and help guide I could find and also downloaded the dontkillmy app but that dident do anything to solve the problem

I can’t get the phone to work with the program which is the only reason I bought it in the first place… and it would cost me a lot more to replace those with two more iPhones just to work with the program

I’m very annoyed and frustrated to say the least as I know others are as well and I don’t know what to do , I’m an iPhone user and so android devices are new territory to me and even though I’m a quick adaptor this is aggravating just because Google wanted to enhance the battery life

Now my iPhone runs perfectly fine with the program and the battery is long lasting so I don’t understand why Google needed to make these changes and I know this isn’t the only program affected so the question is how do you fix it

If anyone can help I would really appreciate it and thank you for taking your time to read this

Hi! The phone in question is a

DOOGEE Note 56 Pro

Thanks
Turn any adaptive battery saving on the device off and try putting the earnapp pin in the recently used app list and set to unrestricted. Android work different than iPhones in this regard especially budget Androids

Budget Android devices are not built to Run 24/7 foreground data harvesting apps Act as passive bandwidth nodes
They are optimized for battery longevity and thermal control.
