Android L stuck at Boot animation

Hi Guys,

I just recieved the new android, and I tried it at my Nexus 4. However it's stuck at the boot animation for too long (2hrs).
I've try to force a restart, no luck. What should I do ?

Same thing for me. Just stays on the Boot Animation with the spinning circles.

Smash your phone open and take out the battery and put it back on.

I hard reset mine. It turned back on and said one app to optimize. Then started apps and came to the lock screen. Still says there is an update to 5.0, then said, up to date. Seems to be sluggish though. But finally worked after it being stuck for an hour.
