Android logo image while on a call

Is there a way to disable or change the green Android pic that appears while I'm on a call?
I would like it to show the contact's photo or be able to change it to something more professional

Ah so you aren't looking for a contact picture, you're looking to change the default image on an "unknown caller". If I find out how I'll post back.

The Android logo is plenty professional. No different when you start up your work machine and the windows logo shows up. Just the OS.

Considering that the green Android is a symbol of the open source movement, I would have thought that a vocal Net Neutrality proponent, like you, would have an appreciation for our little green friend. Don't the two issues go hand-in-hand?

I will look around, but I have a feeling it is not able to be done without rooting first. Believe me, I understand about wanting to customize!

Exactly....but what would one put in it's place? Company logo maybe? That would be cool.

I understand the reason to do this. I for one like the android guy. Imo it looks better than the standard 2.1 screen. I don't believe it's going to be possible until we get root access.

If you all must know, theres a deep and personal reason why i dont want the Android logo.
My grandmother was killed by a green robot. :'(
