When will the update be available for note 4?

It depends on your carrier. Samsung has not yet released anything to the carriers, however.

Samsung South Africa released its rollout for lollipop today. The Note 4 is due for update 1st quarter 2015

Nice to see that it is slated for Q1 for most of the models.

That means Feb/March in our hands, most likely.

Unless you happen to own a Verizon version. By the time they screw it up, it will be 2016, probably.
