Did the Galaxy Grand Neo get 4.4.x (KitKat)? If not, I'd doubt it would get Lollipop. You should ask Samsung about it. They are the one who decides which of their devices will get OS updates.

Again, your best bet would be to ask Samsung.

Its difficult to say if it will get 4.4. It is not a flagship device, and a year old already.

I think you will get it. It won't be for a while, like mid '15 or later, but you should get it.
